Vintage 60’s Women’s Black Tulle Wrapped Top Hat with Pink Rose

This fun vintage hat was surely inspired by the styling of men’s top hats, but with an added feminine flair.
The black woven cellophane (man made) straw has a fun bumpy texture and is lightweight. The brim has hidden stiffeners to hold the shape. The crown is formed by stiff, shaped mesh. It is covered with row after row of tulle netting, with a swirl at the top, almost like a cake!
The front is decorated with a large artificial flower in shades of pink, with green leaves and plastic tube stems.
