Vintage 60’s Baby Blue & Crochet Lace Long Gown Prom Party Dress

Whether dressing for the big dance or a lovely black tie affair, this chic dress from the 60s will be a delight. The baby blue taffeta is accompanied by floral inspired cream colored crochet lace.
The bodice sits above a 3” band of baby blue taffeta at the belly. The cut of the bodice was designed to accommodate an ample bust, likely one in a bullet bra. The skirt is topped with the crochet lace at the front, with the back being solid blue taffeta. Each back hip has a deep pleat, which makes the blue pop out from the body a bit, giving it a little extra tail effect. The center back is adorned with a blue bow, tied on the diagonal with a double loop to the right.

Excellent
No holes or tears. There are a few small marks, as shown in the photos. One is at the collar, the others at the back of the skirt. These should lighten or disappear with attention from your dry cleaner.
It has been in storage for some time, and although it does not have odors, and is not dirty, a dry-cleaning is recommended before wearing.
