Vintage 50’s Natural Woven Straw Fedora Hat Stevens 7 1/8

This handsome hat will be a great warm weather style statement!

It is woven natural straw tan with a wide cummerbund-style folded fabric band in sharkskin-like chocolate with deep blue and rust colored stripes. The brim curves up at the edges and is evenly deep all around. The crown has the typical dent on either side with a shallow dented top.

Wear this tipped back like Frank or cocked to the side gangster-bad guy style. Either way, the ladies love a man in a stylish hat.

Condition
Very Good
No holes or stains. The backing on the hatband was padded, but the padding has fallen apart. The new owner may choose to remove what remains, and replace it with a new band of thin foam padding. The rolled edge trim at the top back of the brim has a ½” long gap in the roll where the roll popped out of place. It does not appear to cause any issues, or be that noticeable.
