Vintage 60s 70s Chocolate Brown Furry Felt Stetson Sovereign Hat 7 5/8

This handsome hat is milk chocolate in color with a dark chocolate brown braided cord band. The hat body is fuzzy felted, and appears to be for cooler weather wear. As shown above, it has a deep center dent, and will take a shallow dent on either side, or not, you decide on which is appropriate. The stingy brim has a folded and stitched rim.
The inside is lined with satiny acetate. A hat check card is stuck into the hatband. The waxed card states, in no uncertain terms “Like hell its’s yours! Put It Back it’s a STETSON”.

Condition
Very Good
No holes or tears. There is just a bit of cologne or cigar/tobacco scent remaining when you get your nose into the hat. The lining shows some yellowing. The feather is pretty sad, and could stand to be replaced by something with a bit more pluck. There are a couple of knicks in the fuzz on the crown, with the largest being about 1/8” wide and long.
