Vintage 60’s Navy Blue Flower Pot Hat with White Flower

This lovely vintage hat is deep navy blue, formed of woven cellophane straw. The style was often referred to as a flower pot hat. The style perched towards the back of the head. This pretty hat has a navy blue ruched band of tulle around the crown. It has a very slight brim, just under the tulle band. It is adorned with a cluster of two large white poppy-like flowers with wispy chiffon petals. Green leaves surround, and brown wire stems.
