Vintage 50’s Whimsical Floral Ringlet Hat by Hattie Carnegie

This hat is pretty enough just to have sitting on a table as a centerpiece!
The simple styling is part of the charm of this lovely piece by Hattie Carnegie. The body consists of two interlacing bands of white woven fabric covered material. Attached to the base is an assortment of colorful flowers and greenery. Hidden small hair combs help to keep the hat in place on the head.
