Vintage 60’s Periwinkle Blue Velour Ribbon Pillbox Hat

This lovely vintage hat is a uniquely beautiful shade of periwinkle blue. The pillbox style base is edged with blue velvet all around, and is decorated with oodles of loops of velour ribbon. The ribbon is topstitched with shiny blue threads. A velour-tipped hat pin rests at the back, just as it was found.
