This lovely vintage skirt has a sweet print in a summery blend of colors on a dark charcoal gray background. Stylized flower heads are formed into paisley-type shapes, and surrounded by painterly lines.
Pleats all around the waist band gather the generous fabric, which offers just enough fullness to accommodate a light crinoline, if desired. Of course, it would be lovely without the extra crinoline, letting the fullness of the fabric swish about your legs.
Pair this skirt with a baby-doll T and sandals for a cute warm-weather ensemble.

The hem has been brought up, hiding a fun horizontal striped section on the underside. The stripes are surely a cute surprise when the underside is viewable, perhaps when seated, the option would be there to lengthen the skirt back out so they are on the top side. The adjustment was skillfully done, so leaving it as is would be fine, too.
